Message Templates

Create and manage templates for outreach and automations.

💡 What It Is + Why You Want to Use It

The Message Templates tab is where you create and manage reusable messaging.

From here, you can create:

  • Individual Messages — one-time or reusable outreach
  • Automated Responses — used for Hot Lead follow-up

Templates include Ask Jackie AI to generate personalized, high-performing SMS content.

Use it to create, reuse, and send consistent messaging across outreach and automations.

⚙️ How to Use Message Templates

Create and Build a Template

  1. From the Message Templates tab, select Create New Template
  2. Enter a Template Name and Type
    1. Enable for Workflow Automations responds to Hot Leads - Needs Attention, when automations are enabled.
  3. Select Next
  4. Enter a short message idea 
  5. (Optional) Enhance with Ask Jackie AI
  6. Refine your message:
    • edit text
    • insert placeholders
    • re-enhance if needed
  7. Select Next to preview
  8. Save & Publish

🧪 A/B Testing (Coming Soon)

Templates will support A/B testing to compare message performance.

  • Create variations using Create A/B Testing
  • Each version is distributed across your audience
  • Track performance using clicks and replies

Question Answer
Can I enhance older templates with Jackie? Yes — open any template and click Enhance.
Do placeholders work on older templates? Yes — placeholders work across all templates.
Will Jackie include my landing page link? Yes — SMS messages use landing page links for compliance.
If I override a link, does it change defaults? No — applies only to that message.
Are emails affected by Jackie AI? No — Jackie AI applies only to SMS.
Where are Templates used? In Outreach (single sends) and automations.
