Notification Settings let you control which alerts you receive for lead activity, campaign updates, and account status—so you can stay informed, respond quickly, and avoid unnecessary noise.
⚙️ To Access Your Profile
Hover over your name in the bottom-left corner
Select Profile
Update Your Contact Information
Enter the phone number to receive SMS notifications.
Check the box to opt in to SMS notifications
(Optional) Enable product update notifications

Leads Waiting – A lead is awaiting follow-up
Low Credits / No Credits – Your credit balance is low or depleted
Lead Needs Attention (No AI) – A lead requires follow-up and no autoresponder is configured
Weekly Campaign Summary – Overview of campaign performance
Lead Needs Attention (AI Paused – New Lead) – AI moved a lead to the “Needs Attention” stage
Lead Needs Attention (AI Paused – Lead Replied) – A lead in “Needs Attention” has replied
Insufficient Balance for Campaign – Not enough credits to send a campaign
