How To Set Up an AccuLynx Integration

Learn how to connect your AccuLynx account to GlassHouse and automatically sync customer and job data.

💡 What It Is

The AccuLynx integration allows GlassHouse to automatically sync customer and job information from your AccuLynx account. Once connected, your data will stay up to date without manual imports.

⚙️ How To Connect

Generate an API Key in AccuLynx
  1. Navigate to Marketplace → App Connections → API Keys.
  2. Select Generate New API Key.
  3. Copy the API Key and keep it available for the next step.

Open Integrations in GlassHouse

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Select AccuLynx.

Connect Your Account

  1. Paste your API Key into the required field.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. GlassHouse will automatically validate your credentials.

Run Your First Sync

  1. Select Sync to begin importing your data.
  2. Allow a few minutes for the initial sync to complete.
  3. Verify your customer records appear in GlassHouse.

What data is synced? Customer and job information is automatically synced into GlassHouse. AccuLynx invoice data may also be synced for future functionality.
