How To Set Up a GoHighLevel Integration

Learn how to connect your GoHighLevel account to GlassHouse and automatically sync customer records.

💡 What It Is

The GoHighLevel integration allows GlassHouse to automatically sync customer records from your GoHighLevel account. Once connected, your customer data will stay up to date without manual imports.


⚙️ How to Connect

Locate Your Location ID

  1. Navigate to Settings → Business Profile.
  2. Copy your Location ID.

Open Integrations in GlassHouse

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Select GoHighLevel.

Connect Your Account

  1. Enter your Location ID.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. You will be redirected to GoHighLevel to authorize the connection.

Authorize the Connection

  1. Sign in to GoHighLevel if prompted.
  2. Review the requested permissions.
  3. Click Allow to complete the authorization process.

Verify the Correct Sub-Account

If you manage multiple GoHighLevel locations or sub-accounts:

  1. Verify that the selected account matches the Location ID entered during setup.
  2. Complete the authorization.

Run Your First Sync

  1. Select Sync to begin importing your data.
  2. Allow a few minutes for the initial sync to complete.
  3. Verify your customer records appear in GlassHouse.

  If you manage multiple locations through an agency account,          verify the correct sub-account is selected during authorization.

 Sync From Date

 Use the Sync From Date option to import historical records when   available.
