How To Set Up a ClientTether Integration

Learn how to connect your ClientTether account to GlassHouse and automatically sync customer records.

💡 What It Is

The ClientTether integration allows GlassHouse to automatically sync customer records from your ClientTether account. Once connected, your customer data will stay up to date without manual imports.


⚙️ How to Connect

Locate Your ClientTether Credentials

  1. Navigate to Settings → API.
  2. Locate your Access Token.
  3. Locate your Web Key.
  4. Copy both values and keep them available for the next step.

Open Integrations in GlassHouse

  1. Navigate to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Select ClientTether.

Connect Your Account

  1. Enter your Access Token.
  2. Enter your Web Key.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. GlassHouse will automatically validate your credentials.

Run Your First Sync

  1. Select Sync to begin importing your data.
  2. Allow a few minutes for the initial sync to complete.
  3. Verify your customer records appear in GlassHouse.
