How to Import Client Lists

Upload, map, validate, and import client records into GlassHouse.

The import tool supports both combined fields and individual fields.

If your spreadsheet contains a single column with a full address, full name, multiple emails, or multiple phone numbers, map it to the matching Full or All field and the system will automatically parse the data for you.

⚙️ Import Your File

  1. Navigate to ReEngage or Outreach.
  2. Select Import.
  3. Choose your CSV (.csv) or Excel (.xlsx) file.
  4. Review the preview and select Next.

Map Fileds: The system will attempt to map fields automatically, but you should always review them before continuing.

  1. Verify each field is mapped correctly.
  2. Use the dropdown menus to make corrections if needed.
  3. Select Next when finished.

Update/Remove Invalid Fields: If any fields appear in red:

  1. Click the highlighted field to view the issue.
  2. Update any information invalid fields. 
  3. Select Delete All Invalid Values to remove unsupported data.
  4. Continue until all validation errors have been cleared.
  5. Select Submit.
  6. The system will process and import your records.

    ⚠️ FAQs & Important Notes

    Do I need to review the mappings? Yes. Automatic mapping is not always correct. Always verify your mappings before importing.
    Can I import address-only records? Yes, into ReEngage. These properties will appear as green pins on the map.
    Can address-only records be used in Outreach or Sales Board? Records must first be enriched before they can be used for campaigns or outreach.
