Choose Property Types to Include in Reveal

Control which property types appear in your results and update your selections if no properties are returned.

💡 What This Is & Why It Matters

You can choose which property types to include when revealing in GlassHouse.

This allows you to control your results so you only see properties relevant to your business.

If you’re searching an area and no properties are returned, it may be because the property types in that area are not included in your current selection. Updating your property types can help surface available data.

⚙️ How to Add Property Types

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Select Company Details
  3. Select Edit

  4. Under Property Types, choose the types of properties you want to include:

    • Single Family Residences
    • Apartments
    • Condos
  5. Select Save

Add Additional Property Types (Optional)

  1. Click into Add additional property types
  2. Select any additional property types relevant to your business
  3. Your selections will apply to future reveals

  • If a search returns no results, expand your property type selection
