5/11/2026: Expanded Prospect Group Visibility & Activity Tracking
We’ve released several updates to improve visibility into properties, prospect groups, and outreach activity across Reveal and Outreach.
🗺️ Faster Property Visibility in Reveal & Outreach
Property details are now easier to access directly from both the map and Prospect Group views.
Reveal Updates
Clicking a map marker now opens a quick property summary including:
- Prospect Name
- Address
- Home Value
- Year Built
- Home Size
- Beds / Baths
- Lot Size
- Last Sale Date
Outreach Updates
The Prospect Group detail modal now includes expandable table rows for faster access to property details without leaving the page.
Available property details include:
- Home Value
- Home Size
- Lot Size
- Last Sale Date
- Year Built
📂 New Prospect Group Tabs
Two new tabs have been added to the Prospect Group detail modal for better visibility into group structure and activity history.
Mapped Areas / Segment Tab
This new tab displays the sub-groups within a Prospect Group.
Depending on the group type, users can now view:
- Mapped Areas for Reveal groups
- Segments for ReEngage groups
Additional details include:
- Sub-group names
- Applied filters
- Drawn map shapes for Reveal groups
📋 New Activity Tab
A new Activity tab has been added to provide Prospect Group-level activity tracking.
The activity ledger includes:
- Date & time
- Activity type
- Activity description
- User responsible for the action
Tracked activities currently include:
- Group Creation
- Campaign Launches
- Campaigns Ended Early
- Scheduled Message Cancellations
- SMS Scheduled
- SMS Sent
- Exports
- Sent to Instantly
- Emails Sent via Gmail
- Sent to HubSpot
- Archived Actions
Important Note
Activity tracking is recorded on a go-forward basis only. Historical activity prior to this release will not be available.
